This service is offered by WellMedic Rx Consultations, who will also take payment for the service.

You need to be a resident or currently located in the UK at the time of your consultation and be aged 18 years or above, with access to a personal email address. 

​

At the time of your consultation you must ensure that you are not driving, using machinery or undertaking any other activity, and be in a private location suitable for a confidential consultation with a clinician.

 

You will not be eligible for a refund for missed appointments. If you think you are going to miss your appointment, you can cancel up to 4 hours before your appointment start time for a refund. If you cancel less than 4 hours before, we will not be able to process the refund. Appointments can be re-scheduled up to 2 hours before the booked time slot. A £10 deposit is required with all bookings prior to the consultation which is non-refundable, the remainder is payable on completion of the pre-consultation questionnaire.

If it's your first appointment, you will be asked to provide proof of photographic ID during the booking stage, this may include passport or driving license.

The cost includes advice, issuing a private prescription and referrals. The cost of any privately prescribed medications is not included and will vary and will not be eligible for any NHS exemptions or discounts.

We are not able to prescribe controlled drugs (e.g., medication including codeine, diazepam and related medications)

Your participation in consultations will remain completely confidential and will not be shared with any third party, including your NHS General Practitioner (GP), without your consent.

However, in line with Good Medical Practice, our clinical team may discuss the potential benefits of sharing significant findings with your NHS GP. This will always be a collaborative discussion, and we will fully respect your preferences and decisions.
